Delivery Information

We deliver all orders over £500 + VAT (£575 inc VAT) for FREE within the mainland UK. For orders less than this value, a carriage charge is applied to cover the cost of delivery, which is based upon the value of your order (including VAT). The table below details the carriage charge that will automatically be added to your order according to the value.

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and offshore islands, delivery will be charged separately (please contact us for a carriage cost).

Please note that we are only able to arrange delivery to ground floor level between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Someone must be present at the delivery address on the agreed delivery date to sign for receipt of delivery. In the event of no one being available to accept delivery, a re-delivery charge will be applied. Orders must be checked immediately upon delivery and any shortages or discrepancies must be notified in writing within 48 hours.
