World-renowned designers

The Hille furniture company has been in business for over 100 years and is still going strong. Founded in 1906 by Russian immigrants to London, the company achieved its most noteworthy success in the mid-sixties with the creation of the polypropylene chair. Created by award-winning designer, Robin Day, this was the first mass-marketed plastic stacking chair and variations on Day’s design persist to this day. Hille chairs are among our most popular products, especially for schools and other educational establishments.

Comfortable and safe

Hille has continued to innovate over the decades. Some of their most popular lines include the Hille E-series chair, with its legs that join at the bottom to prevent skidding. There is also the Hille SE chair range, specially designed to offer optimal support to the lower back. These are available in a range of sizes and colours.

Easy to stack and store

All chairs in the range are designed to be stacked on top of one another, making it easy to set up or clear away the room with them. The hollow metal frames and plastic seats are easy to lift and stack, saving plenty of space when it comes to storing them away.

Great value

The entire range of Hille chairs represent fantastic value for money. As well as the low base cost per-unit, additional savings can be made if you buy in bulk or take advantage of our instant credit service for qualifying customers. We even offer a Price Match Promise – if you can find the same Hille chairs for a better price elsewhere, we are prepared to match that figure. All orders chairs include fast delivery anywhere in the UK.
