We’ve worked hard creating a website that’s easy to navigate and simple to place an order. It’s pretty self-explanatory, but if you do have any questions you can call, email or use our livechat for assistance.

Please do pick up the phone and call us – we’re very happy to take your order, answer any queries you might have and put together quotations for you.
Send a Purchase Order by Email or Post
If you’d like to order by Purchase Order, the quickest and easiest way to get that to us is by email.
Just email it to email@example.com and we’ll confirm your order by return.
If you prefer snail mail, send your Purchase Order to us at:

Please remember to put your email address and contact telephone number on your purchase order so that we can confirm your order and contact you if there are any issues.
What are my Payment Options?
You can pay by Card, Bank Transfer (BACS), Cheque or Invoice on Account (where applicable – please see “How to pay by Invoice on Account” below).
We accept the following cards:
To pay by Bank Transfer or Cheque, you need to order by Pro Forma. You can do this online during checkout, or call or email us to place your order.
How to pay by Invoice on Account
If you are one of the following:
Business who has been trading for 3 or more years
School or Academy
You can apply to pay by invoice on account. For businesses, we will ask for your company details, including your company registration number. We will ask for three orders paid by proforma invoice before we process your account application.
