A Refurb to Remember

It’s no secret that we're extremely proud of our range of smart, flexible furniture – I mean we could could talk about our products for days! But client satisfaction is our ultimate measure of success, and we are only ever as happy as our customer.

Today we’re talking about a recent office refurbishment project that’s afforded us the priceless opportunity to collaborate with a one-of-a-kind team of warm, generous and professional people; Coastline Housing Limited.

Coastline Housing is a charitable housing association owning and managing over 4,500 homes in Cornwall. In the past year, they’ve completed their 1000^th new-build, affordable home in the county. In the process of building a new homeless centre (which will offer a range of vital services) their sole endeavour is to build great homes and offer great services, provided by great people.

We asked Julie, who coordinated the makeover of the conference and meeting room spaces, for a little more insight into their requirements, specification and overall experience. We couldn’t have been happier to collaborate, and that too with such a clear vision, and plan, in place. Here’s what Julie had to say!

1. What were the main factors for consideration when deciding which chairs to purchase? 

Comfortable, stylish, robust, stackable and available in a colour scheme to match our design concept,

2. What are your new chairs going to be used for, primarily?

Conferences, large meetings and staff & customer training events.

3. Are you happy with the decision made, products selected and service delivered?

Excellent service from Mogo Direct in terms of ease of contact, response, quality, options and delivery.

4. Is there anything further you'd like to add?

We had quite specific requirements in terms of colour and style. The team worked with us all the way to provide the best possible results which exceeded our expectations and complemented the new conference space perfectly.

The Final Verdict

'We absolutely love the finished look of the conference area and meetings rooms that we refer to as ‘The Beach.’ Staff love to visit The Beach and use the space. The colour choices make it light and airy, and it’s a really inspiring environment to work in. We also get a lot of comments from visitors and have worked with partners to let them use the space for meetings, conferences and workshops. Many thanks for all your help. The chairs are perfect!"
